Stayed in deluxe family room with a queen and twin bed, very clean and comfortable, breakfast with eggs and other choices, laundry room is good for longer stays. Staff is extremely nice and professional always going above service.

這酒店的服務員很不錯，因為天氣熱，我擔心打包熟食隔天變質，提出向他們借用酒店的冰箱，前台小姐姐很爽快就答應了，並派服務員來我房間取送，這讓我們感動；此外有可能是淡季，還幫我們升級房間，讓我們住得更舒適，感謝她們。酒店房間清潔安靜安全，值得稱讚。

入住時發生少少意外，辦理入住已經係10點幾啦，日頭處理業務已經好攰，返上樓準備沖涼，點知洗面盆有滲水情況，打電話📞前台，佢哋好快換為我哋換一間新房，值得欣賞👍👍做得好👍
早上，房務姐姐處理業務時有啲吵，見到佢哋時講一聲，第二日有改善，值得欣賞，做得好👍，有改善就有進步

心裏想着先去酒店把行李放下寄存下，出去吃個早飯才可以回來辦理入住
沒想到直接讓進房間

酒店的硬件上一篇已描述，很好！
這裏離海邊長廊很近，走個七、八百米就能看到海景，也有較多特色美食。
打車過跨海大橋能參觀軍艦、潛艇、飛機、坦克、重炮。
前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，能根據我們的行程推薦最佳的房間以及住宿方式，説明酒店在管理與服務方面下了功夫，總之硬件、軟件都不錯，值得推薦。

乾淨，服務態度好，能及時迴應和滿足顧客的需求。就是靠近馬路邊有一點點吵，後來工作人員給換了間靠小區的就安靜好多。如果有機會還會選擇入住。
離海邊挺近的。走一段距離有個市場，市場附近有吃的，挺多本地人吃的小店。

地理位置好，靠近湛江海濱公園觀海大道，步行幾百米即到，酒店裝修還比較新，正面停車場方便，唯一不太滿意的是早餐過於簡單，而且碗筷消毒不夠徹底。
