Awful!!! Avoid this place!!!!
Worst place to stay, I booked two rooms for two nights based on the photos, IT DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, as soon as we checked in the Reception area was full of people staring at us and they give us ground floor rooms there was a Barbershop on the same level then I realised that people in the reception was from the barbershop they were loud a lot of mobile noises and as I looked out of the window there was the laundry room and laundry lines girls working and obviously noisy, couldn’t open the window 1 it’s was noisy and 2 I didn’t feel safe to leave the window open while people were sitting on the courtyard,
Woken up at around 6 or 7 because of the noise and work in the courtyard couldn’t sleep, and spoke to the reception and they were it’s ok , try cancelling the second night and get I refund but they refused to help or refund I had no choice but to check out as I wasn’t feeling safe, so in short AVOID this place,

Loved my time at this hotel. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. My room was clean, spacious, nice paintings and comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty with nice variety. the location is quite convenient by car to several attractions.
Highly recommend for travellers who need a good friendly hotel.

The lady boss is very nice and very welcoming. The hotel is very good. It is only a few minutes away from the tourist attractions by taxi. I had a midnight flight and the lady boss came to pick me up in person. It was great.

I always avoid hotels run by Chinese people. I never stay in Chinese hotels in Uzbekistan. This time, there was no room in my usual hotel. So I decided to give it a try... As soon as I entered the door, I saw garbage on the table. I don't know if it was left by the previous tenant or the staff after taking a break. There were no cups in the bathroom. There was no hot water in the morning. I wanted to take a shower, but it was cold... Then I went to the front desk, and the front desk fiddled with it for a while. There were 3 Uzbek men at the front desk, chatting loudly the whole time. 400 RMB is not expensive, but it was really disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located, there are shops around, not far from Magic city and from the street with restaurants. It was quiet, I was able to work. The room has a kettle, tea, water, toothbrushes, gel and soap, slippers, towels, hair dryer. No refrigerator and shampoos. The room is clean, but the hotel is "tired", hard bed. Breakfast is modest, no assortment of vegetables. I stayed for 1 night, because the price was reduced and the bonus from the app was late check-out. I will not come to this hotel next time on purpose.

The double beds in the hotels I stayed in before were all 0.9 meters long. I didn’t expect that the bed in this hotel was 1.2 meters long. It was very comfortable and spacious. The room is also clean and tidy. The boss is Chinese and you can ask for help with any questions. He is very enthusiastic.
