I have stayed in this hotel over and over. Very good location. Clean and neat rooms. Deluxe rooms with Meteo view are my favourite. The hotel always gave me upgrades. Had buffet lunch, and that was superb. All staff in the restaurant are very good. Located with a small mall, and can buy little things what we want. Easy to travel to other areas. Metro Lebak Bulus station is next to the hotel and can go to the station even during rainy days without getting wet via sky Bridge. Whole staff of the hotel very kind, smiling, pleasant and friendly and supportive. Near to Pondok Indah big shopping mall. I love this place. Thanks to all the front desk staff, Winda, Elena, Galih, Maulana, and all others and Tryana front officer manager again..

Need to improve the cleanliness of sheet and towel.
The location is connected to MRT and busway. Easy for strolling around city.
The food is good, lot of variety.
No facilities for kids
But the towel is bad. (Compared to my broken white shirt)

It's a great hotel. Amenities and rooms are great, only thing is WiFi is buggy. And hotel is very big.. Rooms are very far from reception. Finding way is so confusing. But they never have someone to show you the room. Just take you luggage and find your way by your own. Not good.

The location is very close to mrt. However, the internet is very slow and unstable.
Hotel is mixed with apartment so it may not be convenient for hotel guest (lift is small and many times is already full with people)
If you use grab or gojek, you need to pay the parking fee each time you order grab or drop off. They say it has grace period but actually no. There is no grace period.
