Carpet stain, duvet is very dirty, no air conditioner in room, can’t sleep if you open the window because traffic sound is very noisy. Will not recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is very good.
But the room is super small

Hotel room is clean, however the shower is fixed cannot one type, a bit inconvenient for user who doesn't want to have hair wash but shower body only. The luggage storage only up to 6pm, if can extend to 9pm is better.
Green hotel doesn't accompany with slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, also no bottle water provided.

Nothing can beat the central location of Royal National Hotel. Not only it is a few minutes walk from the tube, Russell Square Station which has a direct train to Heathrow Airport. Also, it is closed to a few bakeries and Brunswick Shopping Centre where you can basically get your daily necessities from here.

Room is shabby and dirty. Also very small and a lot of noise from other rooms and corridors, specially at night. Check in was so slow as it is a very big and busy hotel. Rooms are very outdated and they need some care. I won't choose this place again even if I had to. there are plenty other options around.
