"Might be one of the best stays we've ever experienced. The service is (without exaggeration) near-perfect and the views were nothing short of magical. Staff & villagers were more than accommodating and we felt sincerely welcomed and fully immersed. Im fact, we preferred our time here over our time spent at the senic park. Would also definitely recommend the horse riding (we got to do ours with 2 beautiful horses, Mo Cha & Red) and having a Tibetan-style dinner from the hotel's kitchen."

"The room is not big. It was already night when we drove to Jiuzhaigou. Two hotel staff were waiting. It might be late, and there was no service. I went back to rest at 4 pm the next day. It happened that the hotel was checking the room. I rang the doorbell twice and swiped the card to enter directly. It was useless to lock the door from the inside. It was very embarrassing. My boyfriend and I lay down. I asked the staff why they didn't knock on the door. She said she knocked, but she didn't hear it. And it took less than 30 seconds to enter before and after ringing the doorbell. This experience was not good. The facilities in the room, the water in the shower room was very small, and the hot water was slow at night, but it was okay during the day. The hotel is next to the Aegean Sea. To be honest, there was nothing fun in November. The breakfast was also relatively simple, with few varieties. The only thing worth praising is that the hygiene is okay, and the cleaning aunt is serious and responsible in her work."

The housekeeper took us to the room, took our luggage for us, and enthusiastically introduced the layout of the room. I like it. The mountain spring water in the glass bottle, wow, I like it so much, comfortable mattress and pillow, a good night's sleep. The next morning, we couldn't wait to look out through the curtains. There was a thick white fog, coming from far away. Slowly, the surrounding rooms were looming. After breakfast, the fog dissipated. After the sun came out, the sky was blue, and light music was playing. At that moment, it felt like time had stopped. Between heaven and earth, between nature, you can be intoxicated and relax your body and mind. Unfortunately, the time was too short in a hurry. I was too reluctant to leave, so I discussed with my husband that I would stay a few more days next time and not go anywhere. Small details like the bathtub cover and toilet cover are also very well made. There was a small episode in the middle. I saw black spots on the bed sheets and quilt covers. I thought it was dust, so I asked the hotel to change the sheets. In the end, the quilt covers they brought up were the same. The hotel said they used the same model as Atour, and then I asked my friend who works at Atour and confirmed that they used Atour's nude cotton. Only then did I sleep peacefully.
