Breakfast is really good. Really enjoyed it. But sometimes maybe they should replenish more often. Overall it was a really nice stay. It's kind of far away from anything, but I had something to do nearby so it was perfect. The pho shop downstairs is also really good.

The staff are amazing! Very interactive and helpful! They even go out of their way to assist you. Just by the hospitality I felt here I would want to stay here next time I visit Hanoi.
The rooms are spacious and kept clean and tidy.
They have a great buffet breakfast selection.
They also have a wonderful manu for meals at the lobby cafe area.
Easy to arrange for taxi or grab rides from location.
