The room itself was nice but unfortunately the pillows were a let down. The pillows were very thin not even using both helped getting comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have a chance to mention the pillows as I had to leave earlier than planed.

Everything was good, just needed a fan or air conditioner. We were checked in early, thank you. The room has clean towels, shampoo/bodywash, kettle, coffee,tea, milk, coffee machine, TV.

We were attending an evening event at the nearby Bouremouth International Centre and booked in for a one night stay. Hotel was chosen for it's proximity to the venue which was a ten minute walk. Free onsite parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist helpful. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the pier and beaches.

Booked a last minute stay for a good piece. At check in they even upgraded me from a single to double room at no extra cost. The room was clean and comfy and came with everything you need. Parking was very easy. Easy to walk into town and the seafront.

Free and ample parking. Bright airy clean room (Hotel kindly upgraded me free of charge). Close to Bournemouth Pier/Beach. Fair price for the accommodation (a little dated but fully functional). Polite pleasant Staff. Lots of nice walks close by. Good choice of restaurants. Would definitely return.

Great little hotel. Basic facilities but spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and great coffee machine. A small fridge would be helpful. Location great for seafront down the hill, but plenty of bars and restaurants just round corner. Staff always on hand and couldn't have been more helpful

The room was a small double as advertised with an old fashioned shower over bath room. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the towels were good. Kettle and coffee machine provided. The location was great, a short walk down to the beach and high street centre while also being just around the corner from lots of other pubs/eateries with music etc. The floorboards were very creaky, it was quite noisy overnight as many of the guests were coming at all hours....us included! The road was also a busy one adding to the noise. Seemed to be plenty of parking available if you had a car. All in all it did the job for a good location, comfy bed for a cheap weekend break away!

Easy check in and spacious hotel/rooms. The room was nice and clean however had a few stains on the headboard & decorative throw. The room itself was spacious and had everything you’d need however the springs in the bed were quite uncomfortable, which is not what you need for a good night sleep. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Location is around a 10 minute walk to the centre, lots of shops and restaurants around. All in all a good stay.
