We didn't expect much for that price, overall it turned out to be better than the first impression) The view from the room is awesome, you can sit on the balcony in the evening, there were no mosquitoes at all, but we really used repellents) The room itself is shabby, the hot water can run out, the first day I washed with cold water, then it was fine) The sink is ridiculous, you can barely stick your hand under the tap) They didn't change our towels at all, but we didn't ask for it ourselves)
Overall I recommend it, but I would only take the top rooms

The location is great: it's in the central area and close to everything. The breakfast is an egg toast and fruit. There's a thermos there, but it'd be great if it was cleaned properly at all times (for me it was 50/50).
The room is spacious, and there's a terrace in front of it, where you can have coffee and tea. It gets a bit noisy in the evening, as there's a restaurant with live music nearby, but they cut off before 10 pm, I believe.

The place was very attractive. It was surrounded by old enchanting old houses and greenery. It was clean regarding floors and around. The service was good and great amenities including tea, coffee, creamer and lots of hot water for tea. However the bedding was repulsive. The pillows and cushions had been peed on or sat in and had a very strong BO. It seems that people smoked in bed as well. I asked to get bedding changed but it was beyond their reach.

This place was a lifesaver, it was the only place that was available after my booking with another place was not real.
- It was relatively cheap and the breakfast was great every morning.
- It was 20 minutes out from the town. Sometimes drivers on grab wouldn’t be available (it was also new years night)
- Services were great, they did my laundry, assist with bags, and room service.
Definitely will recommend!

I am so happy with the service it was very easy to communicate with them and helped me with the driver that picked me up from the airport. I arrived at the hotel very late and they give all the support to open me very late including passing the time of work at 10pm. Thanks a lot.

Bathroom very dirty. Toilet carpet need to be washed and towels smelled bad. Otherwise, happy with the service, room and location. Only to improve a lot the cleaning
